Blog Carnival for Work and Personal Safety
Ok, safety-minded Guys and Dolls, Health and Safety Source is holding its first Blog Carnival! If you aren’t familiar with blog carnivals and you are a blogger, boy are you in for a treat! A blog carnival is where blogs with similar interest post their articles and everyone in the carnival shares the link to the carnival in a blog post, creating a viral effect for all bloggers involved. This is the perfect way to network with bloggers in your niche, share links and create traffic to your blog. And it’s a heck of a lot of fun too!
The Safety Dance blog carnival wants your work or personal safety blog posts. Between now and October 1, 2010, you can add your safety- related blog post to the carnival. All that is required is that your article is safety related. Articles from any blog are accepted, as long as the article IS from a blog. Just submit your story or article here and it will be included. Once the carnival deadline ends on Oct. 1st, it will spread across the internet.
But we’ve decided to up the ante for our Blog Carnival here at Health and Safety Source. Each story that is entered into the blog carnival will also be posted on our Facebook fan page once the deadline for submissions is reached. So that means that starting October 1st, when the safety articles are posted to the Facebook fan page, the one with the most “Likes” will win a 116-piece first aid kit.
So get to writing that work or personal safety story and post it to your blog, then go the our blog carnival and enter it. Simple as that. (Just be sure to visit our Facebook fan page beginning October 1st and Like the story you like best!) Also, pass this post along, tweet it or like it on FB, so other folks with interesting safety stories will get a chance to participate.
If you have any questions about the safety blog carnival, our first aid kits, or anything else safety related, don’t hesitate to leave a comment and we’ll answer promptly.
